Bralade Koroye-Emenanjo is a STEM professional, transformational coach, leader, keynote speaker, minister and best-selling author. As a catalyst for transformation, she empowers individuals to reclaim their personal power and live an empowered life.

In her work as a STEM professional, Bralade has studied and worked across three continents in a diversity of professional and ethnic cultures. She is currently a Fortune 100 Engineering Leader serving as an Engineering Leader at Dow’s Texas Operations, working as an administrative and technical leader for Plant B lab teams, including several plastics and chemical plants. With a passion for inclusion and STEM advocacy, she has served as the leader of the Women’s Inclusion Network and Global African Affinity Group where she has spearheaded impactful initiatives such as flagship programs for Black History Month and International Women’s Day aimed at celebrating progress and challenging bias. 

Her work in consulting, coaching and ministry cuts across two main expressions; LeadEssence Coaching and Consulting and The Boundaries Movement through which she empowers individuals for personal and professional growth. Through her signature coaching programs; Boundaries Bootcamp and The Leading Lady Mentoring Program, Bralade has equipped over 2000 people with invaluable tools to cultivate healthy boundaries, embrace their power, stand firmly in their truth, and discover their authentic voice, allowing them to embrace life to its fullest and love unconditionally.

Bralade has authored two bestselling books including “A Line in The Sand”, a collection of short stories on boundaries in relationships and “A Tale of Two Wives”, a study on agency, boundaries and conviction.

Beyond her expression as an author, Bralade’s resonant voice reaches far and wide through her transformational Podcast, STEMafrique produced by the esteemed Ebony Podcast Network. 

Her storytelling prowess amplifies the voices of the unheard and fosters impactful conversations through media. Her most recent project is “Sisi”, a voxpop documentary on the Leading Lady Style.

Bralade has been recognized by the prestigious WIN champion award and continues to make legacy impact through her role on the Nominating Committee of the African American Engineers and as chair of Inclusion Council of the Global African American Affinity Group. She is passionate about all things leadership, innovation, inclusion and diversity.

She makes her home in Houston with her three kids and husband, Obioha.
